"download image to disk"). Michael R. Wiley General Manager/CEO Mike Wiley is currently
serving the District as General Manager/CEO. He has been a resident
of the Sacramento community for over 34 years and has been employed with RT
for 30 years. Mike has been the District's press spokesperson and an
executive manager for the past 24 years. He has managed most of the
District's departments and functional areas, and served as the Deputy
General Manager for the past two years, assisting with all aspects of the
District's management. He is committed
to making the Sacramento region a better place to live, work and raise
families. Mike's objective is to expand transit to a level that people can
fully depend on for their travel needs. Mike is very active in
the community and is currently a Board Member for the Del Paso Boulevard
Business Improvement District; a 12-year member of the Board of Trustees of
the Natomas Unified School District; and has volunteered his time as
Chairperson of the Natomas Charter School Board. Mike has enjoyed coaching
youth soccer teams for almost 20 years. He has been married for nearly 34
years and has two daughters and three grandchildren. Mike graduated from
California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Social

Covington
Assistant General Manager of Planning RoseMary Covington is
the Assistant General Manager of Planning and Transit System Development for
the District. In this capacity, she is responsible for short and long range
planning, major project planning, transit oriented development and real

Chief Operating Officer Mark Lonergan is Chief
Operating Officer at RT. He is responsible for performing Executive Management
level tasks involving bus and light rail operations for the District.
Mark has been with RT for
over 28 years and has worked in the Planning, Transportation and Facilities
departments. He previously served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer for eight
years. As former Director of Light Rail, he was instrumental in the start-up of

Facilities and Business Support Services Division at RT. He is responsible
for Safety, Facilities, Information Technology, Procurement and Capital programs
at the District. Mike attended California State University, Sacramento on the GI Bill after serving two tours in Vietnam, and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Click photo for high resolution version Assistant General Manager of Marketing and Communications Alane Masui is the Assistant General Manager of Marketing and Communications for the Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT). In her position, she oversees the advertising, marketing, media and customer service activities of the bus and light rail system. Throughout her 18-year career in transit, she has held various professional and managerial positions in marketing and customer service. Prior to joining RT in 1999, Ms. Masui served as the Marketing and Commuter Services Manager for the San Joaquin Regional Transit District. Diane Nakano
Assistant General Manager of Engineering and Construction As the Assistant General
Manager of Engineering and Construction for RT, Diane Nakano is responsible for
management of the design and construction of projects associated with the light

Chief
Administrative/EEO Officer Dan Bailey is the Chief Administrative/EEO Officer for the Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT). He has been employed with RT for over 25 years, the first four years as a Human Resources Manager and 21 years as the Manager of Employee Relations. He was appointed to the position of Chief Administrative Officer/EEO Officer in November 2008, and is responsible for the executive oversight of RT’s Labor Relations, Human Resources and EEO/Affirmative Action functions. Dan is a native of West Virginia where he attended Fairmont State College; served four years in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era; and worked for seven years in labor relations representing Pacific Northwest Forest Products industry employers prior to working for RT. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business from California State University, Sacramento, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Transit Labor Exchange (an international association of transit labor relations professionals from the U.S. and Canada) since 2005. Dee Brookshire Click photo for high resolution version Dee Brookshire is the Chief Financial Officer for RT and is responsible for all finance; accounting; cash management; grant funding; and treasury functions of the District. She is also responsible for district-wide budgeting and financial planning. Ms. Brookshire has more than twenty years of experience in public agency and private sector finance at the senior and executive level. Prior to joining RT she held positions as the Director of Finance for the City of Antioch; Director of Finance and Management Services-Treasurer for EID, in El Dorado County; Controller-Treasurer for Tahoe City Public Utilities District; and CFO for Gamet Technologies, Inc., in Reno, Nevada. She also managed her own public agency consulting business in Northern California. Her background includes substantial debt restructuring and multiple bond issuances for public agencies; developing and implementing large annual operating and capital budgets; implementing agency-wide cost allocation plans; the development, and implementation of pay-for-performance programs and key participation in successful labor negotiations for agencies with multiple bargaining units. Dee holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Economics from California State University Sacramento; a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno, as well as the professional certification of Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) from the Association of Government Accountants (AGA). Corcoran
Compliance and Quality Assurance Auditor Larry Corcoran has been
with RT since June 2003. He has over 35 years of auditing experience in the
federal, private and public transit industries. He is responsible for performing
operational, compliance and quality assurance audits of District departments and

Bruce A. Behrens
Chief Legal Councel Bruce A. Behrens is the Chief Legal Councel for the Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT). In his position, Bruce oversees a staff of attorneys practicing litigation and transactional law. He advises the Board of Directors, District officers and employees on a wide range of legal, business and government affairs. Bruce previously served as Chief Counsel for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) beginning in September 2000. After operating a small environmental consulting firm in 1971, he joined Caltrans’ Legal Division in 1973 as a staff attorney, representing Caltrans in litigation, and providing house counsel over a broad variety of subjects.
