your situation and include the following details: what happened,
when (date and time), where (location, route number, bus or train
vehicle number). Due to intermittent heavy call volume, you may

Customer Advocacy Team members will return your call as soon

by:
Seniors age 62-74 (with written proof of age). RT photo
ID for Lifetime Pass (age 75 and older) is free (with written
proof of age).
Persons with disabilities (with written proof of disability).
A Medicare ID card is valid to purchase an RT Disabled photo ID
card, subject to RT disabled criteria. Please see the
Discount Fare section of this website or call 321-2877 for a listing
of documentation accepted by RT for individuals with
disabilities and attendants to receive discount fare.
Students (age 5-18) must show proof of school enrollment
or be accompanied by a parent or guardian to purchase an RT Student
photo ID card. RT Student photo ID cards are good for three years.
Must have proper RT photo ID card to ride at discount fare.

pocket timetables, trip planners, ticket mail order forms, disabled
certification forms, and comment cards upon request. You may either
