Folsom Stage Line Now Operated by SacRT
On June 15, 2020, SacRT is making adjustments to the schedule for Folsom Stage Line route 10.
SacRT suspended Route 20 in March 2020 when schools closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Route 20 will remain suspended until further notice.

Route 10 – Connects to Light Rail at Iron Point Station and Historic Folsom Station.
Starts at 5:27 a.m. at Historic Folsom Light Rail Station and 6:08 a.m. at Iron Point Light Rail Station. Last pickup at 7:33 p.m. at Folsom Lake College with drop off service to the Historic Light Rail Station by request.
Serves Historic Folsom, E. Bidwell, the Broadstone Market Place, Broadstone Plaza, Folsom Aquatics Center, Folsom Lake College, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Folsom Premium Outlets, Mercy Hospital, Palladio Mall and Century Theatres.
Note: Route 20 is temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 and school closures.
Route 20 – Services Empire Ranch Road, E. Natoma, Vista del Lago High School, Folsom Lake College and Transfers to Folsom Stage Line Route 10
Route 30 – Serves Folsom State Prison, City Hall, and Woodmere Dr. during PEAK hours (6 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. and 2:35 p.m. – 4:55 p.m.).
All SacRT tickets and passes, as well as Connect Transit Card and ZipPass Mobile Fare App, are valid for Folsom service. SacRT tickets and passes are the same price as past Folsom Stage Line.* Fare information is available here.
*Folsom-only riders between ages 55-61 may still purchase a discount Folsom monthly pass for $50. This pass is only valid on Folsom Stage Line routes. Separate regular price fare would be required to ride light rail or other SacRT bus routes.
What is Dial-A-Ride?
The Folsom Stage Line Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb transportation service that provides residents who have a physical, developmental, or mental disability, special means of commuting within the Folsom City limits. Senior citizens who are 55 years of age or older also qualify for this program.

The Folsom Stage Line buses are equipped with a hydraulic lift for wheelchair and scooter accessibility. Connections can be made with Sacramento Regional Transit at Iron Point and Historic Light Rail Stations, SacRT Bus Route 24 at Main and Madison Avenues, Paratransit Inc., and El Dorado Transit.
Passengers must register by calling 916-557-4685 and be given verification that they qualify for ridership before they can ride. Clients who fail to utilize the service for a period of one year or more may be required to re-register.
Hours of Service:
Dial-A-Ride operates Monday through Friday from 5:25 a.m. to 7:25 p.m. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No weekend service is available at this time.
Folsom Dial-A-Ride Fare:
Senior/Disabled Single Ride: $4.00
Senior/Disabled Monthly Pass: $95.00
How to Use Dial-A-Ride:
Ride requests should be made by 3 p.m. for service the following day. Ride requests may be made 1 to 14 days before the ride is needed. Call 916-556-0250 to schedule a ride. You may reach the voice mail system. In order for your ride request to be processed, please provide the information requested. Return calls are made Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please be ready to board 15 minutes before your requested pick-up time. The bus may come 15 minutes after your requested pick-up time. Please consider this window when scheduling for appointments. Upon arrival, the bus will only wait 5 minutes. Riders could be on board up to 30 minutes before being dropped off at their destination. In the event that you will not meet your requested time, you must call us at 916-556-0250.
The dispatcher must be notified of cancellations as soon as possible. Notification cannot be given to the driver. Cancellation Phone Number: 916-556-0250.
Chronic No Shows or failures to cancel could result in loss of ridership privileges.
Please note, Folsom Stage Line does not operate on the holidays listed below. The Folsom Stage Line follows the City of Folsom observed Holidays. When a holiday falls on a weekend day, please call 916-321-BUSS (2877) to verify the date of the City of Folsom observed holiday. Route 20 does not operate during school breaks.
