Connect Card Users May Need to Update Credit Card Information
Attention Connect Card Users: Due to a recent enhancement with SacRT’s payment processor for Connect Card, customers may need to update their information on the website to continue purchasing transit fare on your Connect Card.
We are asking that all customers log in to their Connect Card account and verify that their information stored is up to date and accurate. You can check this information on the edit profile tab of your online account. Failure to provide accurate billing information will result in an inability to purchase fares.
We take the security of our customer’s personal data seriously, as well as our merchant data. We ask that you take a few minutes and update this information as it may need to be updated before you can proceed to make any future Connect Card purchases.
