ENSacRT Board of Directors Meetings
SacRT Board of Director meetings occur once monthly on either the second or fourth Monday of the month at 4:00 p.m. and the 2026 meeting dates can be found here.
To ride transit to the board meeting, take light rail to 13th Street Station (served by Blue and Gold light rail lines) or downtown bus routes.
The next SacRT Board of Directors meeting will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
The Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) Board of Directors is comprised of 11 elected officials from the Sacramento region. Current board information can be found here.
Public Meeting Requirements
In accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act and recent updates under Senate Bill 707, Sacramento Regional Transit District is committed to ensuring accessible and inclusive public meetings where remote participants have the same opportunity to address the Board as inperson attendees.

Agenda will be posted no later than 72 hours prior to the start of the meeting, or 24 hours for Special Board meetings.
Public Comment (In Person, Zoom, or Phone)
The Clerk will announce when public comment is open for each agenda item. In person commenters will speak first, followed by participants joining via Zoom or phone.
Comment Time Limits:
- Consent Calendar, General Manager’s Report and, Reports, Ideas and Questions from Directors, and Communications will each be taken as one unit. Commenters may speak for up to 2 minutes per unit.
- For all other individual agenda items, speakers may comment for 2 minutes per item.
How to Comment:
- In Person: Fill out a speaker card before your item is called.
- Zoom: Use the “Raise Hand” feature when your item is called.
- Phone: Press *9 when your item is called.
Note: When called to speak, please unmute and state your name for the record.
Written Public Comments
Submit written public comments up to 250 words relating to the agenda by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the Board meeting to: Boardcomments@sacrt.com
Include the Item Number in the subject line.
Written comments will be provided to the Board prior to the start of the meeting.
