ENLisa Hinz brings over 28 years of policing experience to her role as the Vice President of Sacramento Regional Transits (SacRT’s) Security, Safety and Customer Satisfaction Divisions. She is a proven leader who retired from the Sacramento Police Department at the rank of Captain. She has a master’s from the University of San Diego in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership.
Lisa is an innovative leader, who has been part of an award-winning Safety and Security Team during her 3 years with SacRT. Lisa is accredited with bringing many firsts to the agency, such as “the Voice of God”, a public address system at every light rail station utilized to seamless correct bad behavior and a Licensed Social Worker, dedicated to provided resources to the rapidly growing homeless population throughout the four jurisdictions serviced by SacRT.
