SacRT Flex Application

To book a ride on SacRT Flex, customers must be one of the following:

Senior (age 62 or older)
SacRT Disabled ID cardholder
SacRT GO certified
Low-Income (Recipients of CalFresh/SNAP, CalWorks/TANF, Medi-Cal, or SacRT's DHA Pass)

Minors Age 13 to 17:

Kids age 13 to 17 in low-income households may ride alone if registered by an adult parent or guardian under one of the low-income categories.

Note:

SacRT Flex is a pilot project. SacRT reserves the right to change the terms of eligibility and expiration, including revoking eligibility at any time for any reason.

SacRT GO Customers

SacRT GO paratransit service is a door-to-door service for people with disabilities who are unable to use SacRT’s fixed-route bus and light rail services. More information here.

Persons with Disabilities

To qualify for SacRT Flex based on disability, there are three options:

Persons with Disabilities(Required)

1. Upload a photo of your valid SacRT Disabled ID (Apply here)
2. Enter the Connect Card number for your SacRT Disabled ID
3. Upload a photo of your DMV disabled placard

CalFresh

Recipients of CalFresh or SNAP are eligible to ride SacRT Flex, but must apply and register in advance. Parents or guardians of kids age 13 to 17 may also register their kids through the process below.

To apply, please upload a photo of your CalFresh Benefits Letter. Your letter must clearly show (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) that you are approved, and (4) the start and end dates of your benefits.

If you have lost your Benefits Letter, you may get a copy by visiting any local Department of Human Assistance office location.

Note: Spouses and partners must apply separately with their own letter in their own name.

CalWorks

Persons currently enrolled in Medi-Cal are eligible to ride SacRT Flex, but must apply and register in advance.

To apply, please upload a clear photo of your Medi-Cal Benefit Letter, including (1) your full name, (2) your address, and (3) an effective date within the last 12 months.

If you have lost your Medi-Cal Benefits Letter, you may get a copy by visiting in-person any local Department of Human Assistance office location.

Note: Spouses and partners must apply separately with their own letter in their own name.
