Your transit access is already included in your registration fees, so there’s nothing extra to pay.
Ride seven days a week to campus, work, shopping, dining, and destinations across the Sacramento region.
How to Start Riding
To activate your free SacRT student pass, pick up your plastic sleeve and semester sticker at one of these locations:
- University Transportation & Parking Services (UTAPS) – Welcome Center
- Bursar’s Office – Lassen Hall 1001 (1st Floor)
Transit Options to Sac State
Whether you live nearby or commute from across town, SacRT provides frequent and convenient bus and light rail service to the heart of campus.
University/65th Street Station
- Light Rail – Gold Line
- Bus Routes – 26, 38, 65, 81, 82, 87
Getting to Campus: It’s a short, direct walk from the University/65th Street Station, just head up 65th Street and enter campus through the Hornet Tunnel on Elvas Bouldevard.
CSUS Transit Center (J Street)
- Bus Routes – 30, 34, 82, 87
Getting to Campus: The Transit Center is located directly on campus along J Street, offering immediate access to the north side of campus near the library and student union.
