Safe Routes to Transit Plan

Project Overview

TheSacRT Safe Routes to Transit Planis a countywide planning effort funded by aCaltrans Sustainable Communities grant. As Sacramento County continues to see increased demand for safe and accessible walking and biking connections to transit, this plan will identify key gaps and recommend improvements to ensure safer, more convenient access to SacRT bus stops and light rail stations.

This effort builds on the foundation of theBus Stop Improvement Plan (BSIP)and expands it to a broader, countywide scale.
