Bus Service Improvements Begin April 6, 2026
Effective Monday, April 6, 2026, SacRT will implement service adjustments to bus routes 21, 25, 68, 81, 93, 137 and 138 to improve on-time performance. Riders are encouraged to check below to view the new schedule for each route or call 916-321-BUSS (2877) for assistance.
Route 21 Sunrise (Weekdays):
To Mather/Mills: Up to 8 minutes of travel time will be added to certain trips. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
Route 25 Marconi (Weekdays):
To Marconi/Arcade: Up to 5 minutes of travel time will be added to certain trips. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
To Louis/Orlando: Up to 2 minutes of travel time will be added to certain trips. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
Route 68 Oak Park (Weekdays):
To Cosumnes River College: The trip that currently leaves Arden Fair at 3:56 p.m. will leave two minutes later at 3:58 p.m. All times will shift accordingly. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
Route 81 Florin (Weekdays):
To Florin/Riverside: The schedule is being adjusted along the trip to mimic actual service conditions. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
To University/65th: Travel time is being adjusted along the trip to better mimic actual service conditions. Additionally, up to 5 minutes of travel time has been added. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
Route 93 Hillsdale (Weekdays):
To Watt/I-80: Up to 4 minutes of travel time will be added on certain trips. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
To Louis/Orlando: Up to 3 minutes of travel time will be added to certain trips. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
Route 137 (Weekdays):
To UC Davis Med Center: Up to 8 minutes of travel time will be added to the morning trip. The route will also travel on Highway 99 longer and exit on Broadway instead of MLK Boulevard. In addition, service to two bus stops along MLK Boulevard will be discontinued. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
Route 138 (Weekdays):
To UC Davis Med Center: Up to 10 minutes of travel time will be added to certain trips. See the updated timetable for details (link coming soon).
