Due to intermittent heavy call volume, you may be connected to voicemail. SacRT passengers can report non-emergency crimes or suspicious activity to SacRT Police through the Safety & Security App.
SacRT Go Paratransit Services
For all information and services related to SacRT GO call 916 321-BUSS (2877), select option #2, for Reservations select option #2 again. The reservations line is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Passengers can schedule up to two days prior to when they want to take their trip, however they must be scheduled up to 5 p.m. the day before.
SacRT GO will operate whenever the Fixed Route SeSacRT passengers can report non-emergencyrvice or Light Rail service operates depending on the routes. Currently, the service can start as early 4:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. (Blue Line).

Photo Identification Cards

SacRT photo ID cards cost $5 each and may be purchased by:
Seniors age 62 and over (with written proof of age).
Individuals with disabilities (with written proof of disability). A Medicare card is valid to purchase an SacRT Disabled photo ID card. Please see the Discount Fare section of this website or call (916) 321-2877 for a listing of documentation accepted by SacRT for individuals with disabilities.
Students (grades K-12) must show proof of school enrollment or be accompanied by a parent or guardian to purchase an SacRT Student photo ID card. SacRT Student photo ID cards are good for three years. Student monthly pass stickers can be affixed to valid school issued photo ID's or SacRT student photo ID card. Students may also purchase monthly passes using SacRT's moble fare app, ZipPass.
