SacRT has launched the Meadowview Station Transit-Oriented Communities Study to explore how the Meadowview light rail station and surrounding park-and-ride lot can be transformed into a vibrant, connected, and inclusive community hub. The study will guide future development—potentially including housing, retail, and other mixed uses—while improving mobility and access.
This project is funded by SACOG’s Green Means Go program, a regional initiative to accelerate infill development, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and revitalize existing communities.
