June 2025 Service Changes
Effective Sunday, mid-June, 2025, service adjustments will be made to several bus routes to improve safety and time performance. Changes will made will impact routes 11, 105 and 106. Also, Green Line light rail service will be temporarily suspended.
Green Line Light Rail
Starting mid-June 2025, SacRT will temporarily suspend Green Line light rail service to allow for major construction in the Railyards area, including the addition of a new light rail station at 7th Avenue and Railyards Boulevard. The closure is expected to last through February 2026.
During this time, Green Line service will be fully suspended and the 7th & Richards/Township 9 Station will be closed. However, nearby bus stops will remain open, and riders are encouraged to use bus route 11 as an alternative. Learn more at sacrt.com/GreenLine
Route 11 (Natomas/Land Park)
To City College: To improve safety, the timepoint “Natomas & North Park” will be moved to “Natomas a& North Market”. New timetable available here
To North Natomas: To improve safety, the timepoint “Natomas & North Park” will be moved to “Natomas & North Market”. One-minute additional running time added for the additional distance. New timetable available here
To better serve Green Line passengers, starting mid-June 2025, route 11 will offer expanded weekday service from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Route 105 (Elsie)
To Meadowview Station: The 3:50 p.m. trip will now leave at 3:40 p.m. to better serve passenger requirements. New timetable available here
Route 106 (Land Park Commuter)
To Township 9: To improve on time performance, the 7:13 a.m. trip will now leave at 7:09 a.m. and the 8:10 a.m. trip will now leave at 8:06 a.m. New timetable available here
