Throughout October, we celebrated Customer Appreciation Month with a series of fun and meaningful events to say thank you to our incredible riders.

💙 Highlights from the Month:

  • Pop-Up Events at stations across the region, where SacRT staff handed out swag, connected with riders, and shared smiles.
  • Ride-Alongs with GM/CEO Henry Li, who rode the Blue and Gold Lines to personally thank riders and hear their stories.
  • Systemwide Free Ride Day on October 21, offering free rides on bus, light rail, and SacRT GO paratransit services.
  • Opportunities for Rider Feedback, because your voice helps shape the future of transit in our region.
